Pool Guidelines and Rules

• The Pool is for the exclusive use of residents and their attended guests.  Parties are permitted at the pool, but the pool is still open to the rest of the neighborhood.  To avoid party conflicts, you can submit a request to have your party posted on the neighborhood calendar.
• Pool hours are 9am to 9pm.
• Children under age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times.
• There is a recycle bin and a trash can located near the bathrooms and by the pool. Please use accordingly.
• Please No parking in the handicap spot without the proper identification.
• Please No glass in the pool area.
• Please No diving.
• Please No running around pool area.
• Please No balloons in the pool area.
• Please No pets in the pool area.
• Please put furniture back when done.
• Please put your umbrellas down.
• Please clean up after your family prior to departing.
• In an effort to keep our furniture in its best possible condition, please do not flip, drag or stack the pieces.
