Architectural Improvements
Any additions to your home’s architecture (decks etc.) or fence installations need to be reviewed by the FOBC Board before installation. No fences higher than 4 feet or fences made out of wire/steel are allowed. We also do not allow sheds of any kind on your property. Please review the Covenants Document, then fill out the form below including blueprints for any of the above-mentioned endeavors prior to starting your project.
